Well Systems Service and Maintenance Plans

We offer Service and Maintenance Plans to keep your system running to provide Reliable delivery of Safe, Clean water for your family.

Well Systems Inspections and Testing

Water well system inspection and testing are crucial for maintaining a safe and reliable water supply. Here’s why they matter: 1. Ensuring Water Quality Regular testing helps detect contaminants like bacteria, nitrates, and heavy metals. Protects against waterborne diseases and chemical exposure. 2. Preventing Health Risks Identifies potential contamination from nearby septic systems, agricultural runoff, or industrial waste. Ensures the water meets health and safety standards. 3. Maintaining Well Efficiency Inspections can reveal sediment buildup, pump inefficiencies, or structural damage. Prevents costly repairs and ensures a steady water supply. 4. Extending Well Lifespan Early detection of issues like corrosion, cracks, or leaks helps prolong the well’s operational life. Prevents major breakdowns that could require expensive replacements. 5. Protecting Property Value A well-maintained system can increase property value and appeal to buyers. Ensures safe drinking water, which is a key concern for homeowners. Regular inspections (at least annually) and testing (for bacteria, nitrates, and other contaminants) help ensure the well remains safe, efficient, and durable.

New Well Drilling & Well Deepening

At Oasis we provide well drilling services customized to meet your needs. The first thing we always do when scoping a new well project is have a conversation with you to determine what your water needs are going to be, now and in the future. The last thing you want to do is go through the expense of drilling a well and installing a water delivery system that ends up falling short of meeting your water needs Next we review all available information about the aquafer, water table(s), soils, geology, and groundwater quality specific to your location. The ground beneath your feet exists as stratified layer cake of different soil and rock types. These layers can contain there own water tables. These water tables may or may not contribute to each other, and they may or may not be part of the mail aquifer Impotently, these layers can very significantly in their groundwater flow dynamics and water chemistry. The first layer where you hit water is often not the best in terms of flow and water quality. The next thing we do is visit your property to determine the best location for your well examining access, topography, planed and potential use. The well is often the first thing that goes in after electricity. It is amazing how often build and plant in a way that ignores the fact that some point that at some point ALL well pumps will need to be replaced. The most critical parts of any new well project are the decisions that are made before the first piece of equipment arrives on site.

Well Cleaning and Rejuvenation

Water well yield—the amount of water a well can produce—can decrease over time due to several natural and mechanical factors. Sediment and mineral buildup, and screen clogging are common contributors to decrease yields. 1. Sediment and Mineral Buildup 🔹 Over time, minerals like iron, calcium, and manganese can build up inside the well screen, pump, and pipes. 🔹 Sand, silt, and clay can also accumulate, reducing water flow. Solution: Well rehabilitation, including mechanical cleaning (brushing), acid treatment, or air surging to remove deposits. 2. Well Screen Clogging 🔹 The well screen (which prevents debris from entering the well) can become clogged with fine sediment, algae, or biofilm (bacterial growth). 🔹 This restricts the entry of water, lowering yield. Solution: Well screen cleaning using jetting, surging, or chemical treatments.

Backup Generators Installation & service

We are an authorized Generac Dealer, Installer, and Service Provider

Why Is a Backup Generator Important for Well Water Users? If you rely on a well for your water supply, a backup generator is essential to ensure continuous access to water, especially during power outages. Here’s why: 1. Well Pumps Require Electricity Your well pump operates on electricity, so when the power goes out, your pump stops working. Without a working pump, you won’t have water for drinking, cooking, bathing, or flushing toilets. ✅ Solution: A generator ensures your pump continues to operate, maintaining water flow. 2. Power Outages Can Last for Days Severe weather, storms, or grid failures can leave you without electricity for hours or even days. If you don’t have stored water, you might be left without access to clean water. ✅ Solution: A generator keeps your well system running until power is restored. 3. Protects Water-Dependent Appliances Many homes with wells also rely on pressure tanks, water softeners, and filtration systems, all of which need power. A generator ensures these systems keep functioning, preventing damage or contamination. ✅ Solution: A backup power source helps avoid costly repairs or system failures. 4. Critical for Farms & Livestock If you rely on well water for livestock, irrigation, or farming, a power outage can lead to dehydration and loss of crops. Without water, livestock may suffer, and operations could come to a halt. ✅ Solution: A generator ensures a steady water supply for animals and crops. 5. Prevents Well Pump Damage Frequent power loss or sudden outages can stress and damage the pump motor when power is restored. Voltage fluctuations can shorten the lifespan of the pump. ✅ Solution: A generator provides stable power, reducing wear and tear on the pump. Choosing the Right Backup Generator 🔹 Size Matters: The generator must be powerful enough to handle the well pump (check the pump’s horsepower rating). 🔹 Automatic vs. Manual: An automatic standby generator turns on instantly when power goes out, while a portable generator needs manual setup.
